UnitizeAI was founded by Christopher O'Kane, founder and solo developer. Christopher is a Relativity Certified Administrator with 15 years of experience working in eDiscovery. He has worked for multiple Am Law 100 firms such as Holland & Knight and Nelson Mullins, along with various roles in Big 4 vendors and smaller service providers.

Having spent years managing document unitization manually, Christopher built UnitizeAI to automate what has historically been one of the most time-intensive steps in eDiscovery. The platform uses large language models to identify document boundaries, extract metadata, and produce review-ready deliverables — all running on fully isolated, ephemeral infrastructure with zero data retention.
